ABOUT NISSA NICOLE

Born and raised in Wisconsin, Nissa grew up among the greener forms of life; trees flowers, grass. While she dreamed of leaving the quiet of the midwest behind her, there is something about the grey-blue skies of a thunderstorm; the pastel shades of a rainbow; and the thick smell of rain that colors every piece of work she completes.

She works in color and detail, photographing every day life, context, and tangibles with respect to their personalities and energy. Everything has a story. Art is created when those stories are interpreted.
